Meghan Markle Supports Prince Harry at His Latest Polo Game

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have returned to California after a trip to the UK to mark Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee. In a polo match on June 17, Harry supported Markle from the sidelines as he played for his team, the Los Padres. The royal team had a chance to advance to the championship game, but they were defeated by the Folded Hills in the semifinals.

Despite Harry and Markle’s team’s elimination from Sunday’s championship game due to a defeat, they appeared to be having a good time during the game. Duchess of Sussex was photographed getting into the game with Nacho Figueras’ wife Delfina Blaquier during Harry and Meghan’s viewing party. Markle appeared to be watching the match carefully, whether she was sipping on something or concealing her mouth.

When Harry’s team lost, the cameras caught her resting her hand on his leg as he cooled down under a tent following the match. Figueras got a nice hug from her as well.

It’s not the first time Meghan has shown her support for Harry since he joined the Polo team in May. It was on May 22 that she wore a polka-dot blouse to one of the prince’s matches, which some say was a nod to Princess Diana. In order to keep cool, Markle donned a pair of denim shorts, a denim top, and sunglasses in a more casual look.
